Liz oversees the operations, finances, talent and culture, and marketing for Creative Fundraising Advisors (CFA), a full-service, fundraising consulting firm with more than 100 years of collective experience in philanthropy. Liz joined CFA from the University of Chicago where she served as Director of Operations & Strategic Initiatives for the Rustandy Center for Social Sector Innovation at the Booth School of Business. Her previous roles include working for gov-tech startup CityBase, overseeing research for the City of Chicago’s economic development arm, and consulting with AECOM Economics.

Rachel is a social impact executive who most recently led Global Social Responsibility at Blackbaud, a leading cloud software provider powering social good. She is skilled in sustainability, grantmaking, strategic communications, employee engagement, corporate philanthropy, and building programs that drive social impact while engaging employees, customers, and the community. Rachel has expertise in nonprofit governance, branding, fundraising and strategy and is passionate about diversity and inclusion, women's leadership, and investing in future generations. She is a past chair of The Giving Institute.

Rick is a veteran in fundraising and organizational development for nonprofit organizations. In 2002, he founded Dunham+Company, a global leader in providing multi-channel strategies across some of the world’s most influential sectors. He serves as a member of the board of The Giving Institute and is a former chair of the Giving USA Foundation, which publishes the most widely respected annual report on giving in the United States. Rick is also a member of The Giving Coalition, the national voice for charitable organizations in the U.S.
